Tibber

We launch Share together with Tibber. Tibber customer? Then Share is there for you now: on your dynamic contract, daytime power often costs less than the ERE earns.

A woman with an overnight bag smiles as her brother plugs the charging cable into her car on his driveway in front of a terraced house.

Your charger sits idle 18 to 20 hours a day. Those hours are for your sister, your neighbour and the friend who drops by.

You pay for the power, the pays you back. Your guest pays nothing.

€0.14

€ 0

for your guest. No charge card, no payment request

0%

service fee on what you share

Our promise

A guest session never costs money.

Share is not a rental platform. No money moves between you and your guest, and we earn nothing on the kWh you share.

No payment request

Your guest sees no price, gets no bill and never has to transfer anything.

No service fee

We charge 0% on shared kWh. The whole ERE payment stays yours.

Not later either

We build no tariff and no settlement into Share. Paid charging would be a different product.

At Tibber the average charging price sits around €0.14, exactly what the pays. A guest session then costs you nothing. Only on a fixed tariff of 25 cents do you add about a euro. How does the sum work? • Our study on idle time (Dutch)

This is what it looks like in the app

Whoever you invite sees your charger in their Joulo app. One button says you are charging. Below it, every session they had at your place.

About a euro per session on average. You pay for the power and get the full payout back, without our service fee: €0.14 per . A guest usually charges about 12 , three hours at 16 amps. At a fixed tariff of 25 cents you pay 9 cents per on top: € 1.08 per session. When the market sits at €0.14, you break even. When it drops below, you keep the difference.

Other apps put a price between you and your neighbour: usually € 0.30 to € 0.50 per , plus a fee for the app of a few cents per up to 15%. With Share your neighbour pays nothing and we charge 0% on what you share. Your payout is the on those , and you get all of it.

Nothing. Share is free for your guest, always. No payment request, no subscription and no bill afterwards. You pay for the power and get your payout for it. If you want your guest to pay, Share is not the product you are looking for. And someone who charges at your place every day is no longer a guest.

You do. The follows the connection, so it does not change with who charges. On the your guest charges at your place we charge nothing: you get the full payout, without our service fee. Your guest gets nothing and pays nothing.

Your guest says in the app that they are about to charge and then claims their session. We match that to the session your charger reports itself: start time, end time and . You see per session who charged and how much. If something is off, you reject it.

Always, as long as Share is on. The app shows you and your guests when it is a good moment: the hours when power sits below the . That is advice, not a gate. If someone charges at another moment, that session shows what it cost you.

Nothing. Share never controls your charger: no start, no stop, no schedule. Your energy app stays in charge. One thing to know: your charger reads your guest's car as your own, so your smart-charging schedule applies to them too. If your guest needs to charge right away, switch smart charging off for that session or start it by hand in the Tibber app. If the session starts more than twenty minutes after their report in Joulo, we do not match it automatically. You assign it yourself afterwards.

No. We never message your guests: no push, no email, no text. You invite them yourself, with your own code. In the app you both see when power sits below €0.14 per , because those are the hours a session costs you nothing. That stays information: your guest can charge in other hours too.

Then the socket is taken, and your guest sees that. Share works best when your car is away by day: for most customers nothing is plugged in between 10:00 and 16:00 on four out of five weekdays. Working from home? Then Share is there for the moments you are not charging yourself.

Your guest charges on your driveway, at your charger, on your connection. No money moves between you, so the questions about supply and tax do not come up. We are having that reasoning reviewed by a lawyer before we say more about it. Two things we do know: agreements between neighbours stay agreements, and with a rented home or an owners' association it can work out differently.

No. No charge card, no subscription and no charge-network app. Your neighbour creates a free Joulo account, uses your invitation, reports in the app that they are charging, plugs in and then claims their session.

They cannot, just like that. Only guests you invite yourself can charge at your place, and only in the hours you set. You see per session who charged and how much. If something is off, you reject it.

Yes, with the same switch, even mid-day. You can also remove a guest from your list. Nothing to cancel, no notice period.

If it is connected to Joulo and has a factory-fitted meter. In doubt? Run the charger check.
