Frank did the maths in its 16 September announcement: smart charging, grid congestion steering and the ERE reward combined, at 3,000 kWh of home charging per year. We do the ERE part: registering with the NEa and paying out quarterly.

How the deal works
As long as you are a Frank Energie customer, you never pay more than a 10% service fee at Joulo.
Already below 10% via referrals? You keep that rate.
Charging sessions from 1 January 2026 count, provided your charging station has a MID meter. Sign-up for 2026 is open until 25 February 2027.
You see your earnings in your Joulo dashboard and soon in the Frank Energie app as well.
If you leave Frank, your regular Joulo rate simply applies again.
Cancel yearly • quarterly payout to your own bank account.
