How does the charger check work?
Select your brand first and then your model. You immediately see whether your charger is eligible, connectable, or not supported for ERE registration.
Chargers with a built-in MID meter are usually directly eligible. Without MID you can often still connect for insights and later upgrade to a MID-ready setup.
Eligible, connectable or not supported?
The check gives your charger one of these three outcomes.
Eligible
Your charger has a built-in MID meter. Connect it and your sessions count toward ERE registration right away.
Connectable
You can connect to see your sessions. ERE credits need a MID meter: you can upgrade via a quote or a Secondary Allocation Point.
Not supported
We can't connect this model (yet). Request a quote for a charger that does register automatically.
Why a list alone is not enough
Manufacturers ship variants with or without a built-in MID meter, different firmware, or a separate metering setup. A list helps orient • but it cannot replace checking your actual installation and metering chain.
- •Same brand, different model or hardware revision
- •Cloud or platform paths: what you see may differ from the model name alone
- •Only with reliable session data does eligibility for NEa submission become clear

From a fellow EV driver
“I couldn't quite figure out the connection on my own, but with Ruben's help it was sorted in no time. The clear app, where you can track exactly everything, is ideal too.”
