What we do

From connection to payout, for every partner

You bring in the customer. After that Joulo does every step. Neither you nor your customer has to keep track of anything.

Connect

We connect 15 charger brands directly through their cloud. Any other brand via OCPP 1.6J.

MID check

We check the MID meter in the charger and arrange the NEa authorisation.

File

We file every charging session as ERE's. Nobody has to submit meter readings.

Pay out

Every quarter, to your customer's account. Joulo charges a 20% service fee.

What partners ask us

Nothing. No entry costs, no subscription. Joulo charges a 20% service fee on your customer's ERE revenue.

If you install chargers, pick installer. If you have energy customers, pick energy company. If you work with an app or an API, pick platform. Joulo customers receive on average 12.6 cents net per kWh, 12 cents at the 20% service fee. At our customer average of 4,100 kWh a year that comes to €492 a year, paid out every quarter. Every sale is listed in our open sales log.

A share of the gross ERE revenue of the customers who come in via you. The percentage and any discount for your customer are set in your partner contract. You see every euro in the partner portal.

Yes. You stay commercially in the lead. Joulo supplies the software, the compliance and the settlement, and files under its own NEa registration. The customer always mandates Joulo B.V., also in a portal under your brand.

Yes. We can file charging sessions from 1 January 2026 until 25 February 2027, if a MID meter measured them at the time. Your customer receives those ERE's with the first payout.

Then there are two routes. Your customer takes a charger with a built-in MID meter, or requests a Secondary Allocation Point (SAP) from the grid operator. Joulo does not supply a separate sub-meter. Sessions count from the moment the MID meter is in place.
