    Your service fee can go down

    Joulo starts at a 20% service fee for individuals. Stay longer, and your fee drops by 1 percentage point every renewal year, down to 15%.

    Invite other home chargers and you both get an extra 1 percentage point discount as long as you both remain customers. This can lower your service fee further, down to 10%.

    Sign up through a connected partner, such as an energy supplier or installer, and an extra discount may apply on top.
