    Connect NexBlue charger to Joulo

Can I connect my NexBlue to Joulo for ERE registration? Yes. The NexBlue Max range (Edge Max and Delta Max) has a built-in MID-certified meter (±1%) and is directly eligible for ERE. You connect via the NexBlue Cloud API • log in with your NexBlue account and your sessions sync automatically every 15 minutes.

    What you need

    • A Joulo account (free)
    • A NexBlue account
    • A NexBlue Edge Max or Delta Max (the Max range has a built-in MID meter)
    • A MID-certified meter

    Step-by-step setup

    1

    Start the connection

In your Joulo dashboard, select 'Connect charger' and choose NexBlue.

    2

Log in with your NexBlue account

Authorise Joulo via the NexBlue Cloud API. We only read your charging sessions • we never change settings or start or stop your charger.

    Select your charger

Choose the specific NexBlue charger you want to connect.

    4

    Confirm your MID meter

Joulo automatically verifies whether your model has a built-in MID meter. The NexBlue Edge Max and Delta Max do. If your charger has no MID, Joulo follows up with an upgrade quote or SAP guidance.

    5

    Done!

Sessions will now sync automatically from the NexBlue Cloud every 15 minutes.

    What happens next?

Joulo reads your sessions from the NexBlue Cloud and registers qualifying sessions as ERE's.
