A friend currently counts as active once they have a Joulo account and remain a customer. The recipient of the referral code also receives a 1 percentage point discount on the service fee. If either stops, the discount expires.

The yearly loyalty decrease applies during the first 3 renewal years. Your exact service fee is always visible in your dashboard.
