Which Easee models are supported?

Easee Home and Easee Charge are both supported.

Your Easee credentials are encrypted and stored securely. We only read charging data • we never control your charger.

My sessions are missing

Easee data can take a few hours to sync. If sessions don't appear after 24 hours, try reconnecting your Easee account.

Does Joulo work with Easee?

Yes • the Easee Charge Max and Charge Pro have a direct cloud connection via your Easee account and a built-in MID-certified meter, so they're directly eligible for ERE. Joulo imports your sessions automatically once linked. Have an older Easee without a built-in MID meter? Check at joulo.nl/check-laadstation • Joulo then arranges a MID upgrade.

Connect Easee charger to Joulo

Can I connect my Easee to Joulo for ERE registration? Yes, with the right model. Easee Home and Easee Charge connect via the Easee Cloud API • you log in with your Easee account and Joulo reads your sessions automatically. A MID meter is required for ERE and differs per model: check your exact model at joulo.nl/check-laadstation.

Step-by-step setup

Start the connection

In your Joulo dashboard, go to 'Connect charger' and select Easee.

Enter your Easee credentials

Log in with the same email and password you use for the Easee app. Joulo uses these to securely access the Easee Cloud API.

Select your charger

If you have multiple Easee chargers, select the one you want to connect to Joulo.

Confirm your MID meter

Enter the serial number of your MID meter. Easee MID status differs by model, so verify your exact model first.

Done!

Joulo will now sync your charging sessions automatically.
