Connect Zaptec charger to Joulo
Zaptec chargers connect to Joulo via the Zaptec Portal API. Log in with your Zaptec account and your sessions sync automatically.
What you need
- ✓A Joulo account (free)
- ✓A Zaptec Portal account
- ✓A Zaptec Go or Zaptec Pro
- ✓A MID-certified meter

Start the connection
In your Joulo dashboard, select 'Connect charger' and choose Zaptec.

Log in with Zaptec Portal
Enter your Zaptec Portal credentials. Joulo uses the Zaptec API to read your charging data.

Select your charger
Choose the specific Zaptec charger you want to connect.

Confirm your MID meter
The Zaptec Go has a built-in MID meter. Confirm the serial number.

Done!
Sessions will now sync automatically from the Zaptec Cloud.
What happens next?
Joulo reads your sessions from the Zaptec Cloud and registers qualifying sessions as ERE certificates.
