Business drivers
You drive for work and charge at home. Monthly or quarterly, you expense the home-charged kWh to your employer. We deliver the PDF statement with your price and address • ready to file with HR.
Lease drivers
You have a company lease car and a home charger. Your employer or lease company reimburses per kWh. The Joulo statement underwrites every claimed kWh with date, duration and delivered energy.
Freelancers & sole traders
You book home-charging kWh as business energy costs in your records. Download the CSV per quarter and import directly into your accounting package.
How it works
Four steps, a few seconds

Open your dashboard
Log in to joulo.nl and go to Dashboard → Chargers. Next to every connected charger there's a small download icon.

Pick a period
Quick selects for this month, last month, this quarter or last quarter. Or use the dual calendar to set exactly the date range your employer requires.

Enter your kWh price
Enter it once, we remember it per charger. Leave empty to export kWh only, no amount. Easy to update later if your rate changes.

Pick PDF or CSV and download
PDF for your employer or accountant • Joulo statement with all context. CSV for Excel or automated import in your accounting package. File is in your downloads instantly.

PDF for people, CSV for systems
Joulo-styled statement titled "Vergoeding thuislaadsessies". Bill-to name, address, charger, EAN, session table with totals at the bottom. Ready for HR, your employer or your accountant.

CSV
Raw rows for Excel or automated import in your accounting package. UTF-8, comma-separated, one row per session.
- Columns: CPID, EAN, location, tag, start, end, kWh, price per kWh, total cost
- Suitable for Excel formulas or pivot tables
- Importable into Exact, Moneybird, e-Boekhouden, etc.
