Joulo as an independent ERE route
Joulo registers your charging sessions as ERE's with the NEa, separate from your energy supplier or charging subscription. Your charger stays yours and you keep control of your ERE route.
Separate from your supplier
Joulo works with your charger, not with your energy or charging contract. The proceeds of your ERE's stay yours, even if you switch supplier or subscription later.
Quarterly payout
Joulo settles ERE per quarter and pays out to your IBAN, so you see what your charging sessions have earned at a regular rhythm.
20% service fee
20% incl. VAT, cancel yearly. Joulo only charges a service fee on ERE's that are actually traded.
One connection, one mandate
For ERE registration you can authorise only one filing service per connection (EAN) at a time. The choice is yours.

How your sessions get loaded in
Under the 2026 Regeling energie vervoer, the ERE belongs to the holder of the energy contract on the connection • your EAN, not Vattenfall. Which filing service you use is therefore your choice. There are two ways to get your charging sessions into Joulo.
Manual: download and upload
Export your charging sessions from the My InCharge portal and upload the files into Joulo yourself. No integration, no automation • just your own data.
Automatic: on your behalf
You log in once at My InCharge and authorise Joulo to fetch your own charging sessions on your behalf. Joulo never sees your password and only retrieves sessions at your own charger • no public or roaming charging.
