Your grid operator can create a separate metering point for your charging station. We read that meter automatically and register your charging sessions. Prefer a charging station with a factory-fitted MID meter? That works too.
Connecting is free and without obligation. You only pay a service fee once EREs are sold.

The count starts at the meter. Only kWh measured by the MID meter itself can be registered. Sessions from before that meter never count later, not even retroactively.
Two routes to registration
A separate metering point from your grid operator
Your grid operator fits a calibrated meter for your charging station only. You give consent once, then we fetch the meter readings ourselves. Your charging station stays connected as a check, but only the grid operator's meter counts.
A one-off € 280.82 at Liander or € 629.09 at Enexis, then € 46.06 or € 30.08 per year. Stedin makes a quote. You take out your own energy contract on the new metering point.
